What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7 day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered.Only damaged or defective goods are eligible for return.
We do not offer the option to exchange goods.The fastest way to get another product is to return and place a new order.
When will I receive my order?
After you place an order, we take upto 10 working days to ship the order. Once shipped, it should reach you in 3-4 days.
Where can I buy You&Vee® products?
Our products are available for sale only in India. We sell directly through our website and instagram only.
What kind of leather is used in the bags?
We use only 100% genuine full grain leather sourced from LWG gold and silver rated tanneries.
